Meet The Career Collective

Our goal as part of the Career Collective is to help your student engage in experiences, develop skills and realize opportunities that allow them to turn their talents into a meaningful career.

Our goal as part of the Career Collective is to help your student engage in experiences, develop skills and realize opportunities that allow them to turn their talents into a meaningful career. We’ve assembled resources from our partners to help your student (and you) think about what they might want to do after high school, based on what they’re good at and what they like to do.

The Career Collective is composed of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne and Warsaw, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, and the Region 8 Education Service Center. This unique system of partners works in and out of schools to help prepare your child for future careers through skill exploration and connections to employers.

Focused on aligning resources to provide students in grades 6 to 12, as well as those in the first two years of postsecondary school, northeast Indiana leaders have come together in an innovative way to guide students through their career-planning journey.

This unique partnership creates different touch points and opportunities to reach your student as they discover their talents and career pathway.
